Work with me

If you want to create change whether you’re working on your own or as part of a team you need to get past whatever’s blocking you, align purpose, vision and action, and throw everything you’ve got behind the right action, right now.

That’s the creation process. That’s where I work.

I’m Tim Mansfield and I’ve been studying how we human beings work and create together for over twenty years – as a social software researcher, as a theatre practitioner, as a futurist and as a facilitator.

I put what I’ve discovered about groups of all sizes and the process of creation to work helping groups and individuals create change.

If you’re interested in working with me, either as an employee or as a consultant, please get in touch using the contact form below.

I was surprised at how easily Tim managed to extract us from day to day thinking and engage us in a wider strategic construct. The process was sound, and while it directed us effectively as a group, caused a range of views to be brought forward. These were collated and tested in a very collaborative way, resulting in a broader strategic view of our possible future states that we can use to plan our next actions for long term goals.
— Dale Cohen, General Manager NSW at BizTech Enterprise Solutions

Tim hosted a one day Retail Leader Summit in October. With a broad brief to challenge attendees to immerse themselves in the unprecedented structural changes in retail, Tim and the team had their work cut out for them. But the rigor of the process was well buffered by a healthy dose of humour, and content moderation as the event progressed. This combination of nimbleness with authenticity, was refreshing and led to a good outcome.
— Paul Greenberg, Executive Chairman, NORA

Tim is an excellent communicator who has an ability to engage people, to elicit views and to clarify and summarise an understanding. He facilitates very effectively to determine key issues and to achieve successful outcomes.
— Neale Condon, General Manager, Ford Health
