I’m Tim Mansfield and I’ve been studying how we human beings work and create together for over twenty years – as a social software researcher, as a theatre practitioner, as a futurist and as a facilitator.
I put what I’ve discovered about groups of all sizes and the process of creation to work helping groups and individuals create change.
